Parish Directory & Portrait Days 

Photo Sessions Begin in July

In celebration of St. Mary’s 175th anniversary, every household is invited to be part of our new parish family directory.                    Portrait sessions will be held after weekend Masses on July 11–12, 18–19, August 1–2, and 8–9, with the Parish Picnic on August 16 as a major photo gathering. There is no cost and refreshments will be served. A submission form for photos from home will be available on the parish website beginning June 1.

Volunteers Needed: We are especially looking for help with Photography — photographers, sign-in helpers, and hospitality volunteers. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Volunteers Needed for Our Parish Directory!

We are excited to begin work on our new Parish Directory and we need YOU to help make it the very best it can be! This     directory will be a wonderful way to connect our parish    family, and it will truly be a shared effort. We have four         dedicated teams, and each one could really use your talents and enthusiasm.

Team 1: Outreach & Communication

Help us spread the word and keep everyone informed! This team will coordinate announcements, promote participation, and ensure every parishioner knows how to be part of the directory.

Team 2: Data & Records

If you enjoy organizing information and working with details, this team is for you. Volunteers will help collect, update, and maintain parishioner information to ensure accuracy in the final directory.

Team 3: Photography

Capture the spirit of our community! Volunteers are needed to assist on portrait days and during the church-wide picnic. No professional experience required, just a willingness to help and a friendly smile!

Team 4: Design & Production

Calling all former yearbook creators and scrapbook enthusiasts! This team will bring the directory to life; working on layout, design, cover creation, and preparing the final print-ready PDF.
